## 1 Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders of photo prints via this website. Seller: Finja Nitschke, [ADDRESS]. Delivery within Germany only.

## 2 Conclusion of contract
Clicking “Order with obligation to pay via PayPal” and completing the PayPal payment constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation email sent after successful payment.

## 3 Prices, payment, delivery
Prices shown at the time of order apply, plus shipping. Payment via PayPal. Each print is produced individually; delivery time [X–Y] working days.

## 4 Rights of use
Buying a print transfers ownership of the physical print only, not any rights of use in the photograph. Copyright remains with Finja Nitschke.

## 5 Cancellation, warranty
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy. Statutory warranty rights apply.
